How are the Cream Blossoms flowers made?

Our flours are hand piped one petal at a time out of Swiss or Italian buttercream or cream cheese icing (we never use fondant).  This process takes a considerable amount of time but it is the only way to create the realistic flowers.


How should I store Cream Blossoms cakes and cupcakes?

Cream Blossoms Cakes and cupcakes are meant to be eaten immediately.  If you wish to store them then do so in an air tight container such as a cake plate with a dome.  If left in a warm area or under sunlight the buttercream icing may melt.  We do not recommend refrigeration.
